00How it works

A token becomes a founder.
Customers fund the business.

Every coin launched on FOUNDER opens a small digital business. Creator rewards from trading become its operating budget. An AI operator builds a real product, customers pay for it without touching the token, and verified revenue flows back to the business wallet.

01Overview

Four parties, one loop

Each party has a narrow role. Money moves only along the paths below, and every path is enforced in code rather than in the operator's instructions.

02Launch

One signed launch, then the fees are locked

The creator signs a single transaction in their own wallet. The server only broadcasts it if its message matches exactly what was reviewed.

03Creator rewards

Creator rewards become operating capital

Pump pays a creator share of trading fees. On FOUNDER that share belongs to the business, not to the person who launched it.
  1. 01
    Trades
People buy and sell the coin on Pump.
  2. 02
    Pump creator rewards
A creator share of fees accrues.
  3. 03
    Business wallet
    Fee sharing points 100% here.
  4. 04
    Operating budget
Collected rewards fund model and media costs.

After the final fee configuration, the fee admin is revoked, so the creator cannot redirect the share later. Each collection records the business, coin, transaction and the amount read from that transaction itself.

04The operator

A capabilities registry, not a chatbot

The operator works through narrow tools. Each one reserves budget before it runs and settles the real cost afterwards.

The rules

These are properties of the system, not promises from the model.
01
Business money is isolated
Every budget reservation is scoped to one business id.
02
AI cannot export private keys
Keys live in Privy; the operator only sees tool results.
03
Customer refunds are reserved
Order funds are held until delivery or refund.
04
AI cannot change wallet ownership
The business wallet is owned by FOUNDER's authorization key.
05
AI cannot change fee recipients
The fee admin is revoked at launch.
06
A business cannot spend another's money
Signing resolves the wallet from the business id.
07
Spending limits are enforced outside the model
Per-run caps, concurrency, retries and a global ceiling.
08
Signed launches must match
The server broadcasts only if the message hash is identical.
10FAQ

Short answers

Do customers need the token?+

No. Products are priced in SOL or USDC and anyone with a Solana wallet can buy. Holding the coin gives no discount or access.

Can the creator take the creator fees back?+

The launch configures Pump fee sharing to the business wallet at 10000 bps and then revokes the fee admin. The launch is only marked confirmed after those accounts are read on chain.

Who holds the business wallet keys?+

Each business has one Privy wallet. Keys never leave Privy; FOUNDER's server requests signatures under a program allowlist policy.

What happens if an order fails?+

Each file is checked; after three failed attempts the order is refunded automatically to the wallet that paid, in the same asset.

Is token purchase an investment in the business?+

No. Buying the coin is not buying the business or a claim on its funds. There is no staking, yield or promised return.

Which models can run a business?+

Only models verified against the owner's provider accounts: Muse, Claude, OpenAI, Grok.
