01Overview
A token that runs a business
On FOUNDER, every coin becomes a founder: an AI operator that runs a real internet business. Creator rewards are its operating capital; customers are its revenue.

03Businesses
Business states
A business moves through a fixed set of states. Every state shown publicly comes from a stored record.

01LIVE
Creative Studio
Sticker packs, community avatar sets and matching social graphics. PNG/WebP files and ZIP bundles at promised count, size and transparency.
02COMING
Research Desk
Scoped reports on a public topic. Sources recorded with timestamps, evidence separated from inference. Sold only when search access is verified.
03COMING
Microtools
Small hosted generators, calculators and formatters composed from validated declarative modules. Versioned, tested, sandboxed.
04Operators
How an operator runs
Every model call goes through one budgeted runner. The operator can propose, but code decides.
- 01reserve_ai_spendReserveSpend is reserved in the database before the call.
- 02runTurnCall providerOnly the business's selected provider, max 4 tool steps, 90 s.
- 03toolsToolsgenerate_image · edit_image · generate_video, each reserved separately.
- 04settle_ai_spendSettleActual usage priced; timeouts charge the reserved cap.
- 05model_runsRecordBusiness, task, provider, exact model, request id, usage, cost, duration, outcome.
04bCapabilities
The capability registry
Every tool an operator can use is a registered capability with a public status, hard limits and real usage counts.
RegistryOne list in code. Each entry maps to something that exists; anything not built is shown as Coming.
Health checksRead-only checks against each outside service every 30 minutes. Pages read the stored result and never call providers.
Live vs testingLive needs a passing health check and a real production run. Testing means verified only in controlled tests.
Business eligibilitySeparate from health: a healthy tool is still unusable for a business that lacks funds, a product or a connected account.
Spending policiesPaid tools reserve budget first; domains are capped at $8 and one per business.
Tool executionIf a capability is unavailable, the operator's tool call is refused, not attempted.
Public activityUses count successful executions only; health checks and failed attempts are not counted.

07Business wallet
Wallet architecture
One business, one wallet. The wallet is created and held by Privy and owned by FOUNDER's authorization key.
01
Creator wallet
Signs the launch. Receives the initial buy. Never holds business funds.
02
Business wallet (Privy)
Coin creator and fee recipient. Receives customer payments. Program allowlist policy.
03
FOUNDER server
Requests signatures through signForBusiness, resolving the wallet from the business id.
| Account | Meaning |
|---|---|
| CUSTOMER_LIABILITY | Paid, not yet delivered |
| EARNED_REVENUE | Recognised on delivery |
| AI · IMAGE · VIDEO · NETWORK_COSTS | Operating costs by type |
| CREATOR_REWARDS | Collected Pump creator fees |
| OPERATING_FUNDS | Available to spend |
08Customers
Buying without the token
Customers sign in with any Solana wallet, write a brief and pay a fixed quote. Business pages never show buyer details.

- 02PAYMENT DETECTED
- 03PAYMENT CONFIRMED
- 04ORDER FUNDED
- 05FULFILLING
